Working Principle

• Flame treatment part: The flame treatment machine generates high-temperature flames through a double flame gun. When the flame contacts the surface of bottles and cups made of PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) materials, the molecular structure of the material surface will change. The surface of these materials is usually low in surface energy and non-polar. Flame treatment can introduce polar groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the surface, thereby increasing the surface energy of the material and improving the surface wettability and adhesion.

• Conveyor belt part: The stainless steel conveyor belt is driven by a motor to transport plastic products such as bottles and cups to the position where the flame gun is treated. It can stably transport items and ensure the continuity of the flame treatment process.

• Rotating fixture part: The rotating fixture can fix the bottle or cup and rotate it during the flame treatment process. This ensures that the entire surface of the bottle or cup can be evenly flame treated to avoid the situation where the part is not treated or overtreated.

• Key panel operation: The flame size of the flame gun, the speed of the conveyor belt, the rotation speed of the rotating fixture and other parameters are controlled through the key panel.
