Usage︰

KC thermosetting ink is one of high quality screen printing ink for Garment by KC-SM8 serials manual-operating screen printer. This ink become solid through Heater , avoiding screen block whiling printing.
KC thermosetting ink suitable for 100% cotton, cotton/terylen blending, terylen, coloured cloth, Denim cloths.

• Colour: standrad colour, base colour, Four process colour

Use Method︰

• Suitable for manual-printing, machine printing. including smooth, three-dimension Right-angle, Round-angle, stone, Bark effects.
• The ink should be dried with 150-180 temperature . at the room temperature, the ink can not drying, so suitablfe muti-colour screen printing ;
• Because of the complexity of the printing material,the ink should be tested before widely use.

Storage︰

Stor in cool ,dry place. The remainder in the bucket should be sealed well with the cap. Avoid contact with fire and high temperature.

Shelf life︰ 2 years

PPT Pad printing ink

Usage︰

KCPPT ink is one of high quality screen printing ink And pad printing ink.It’s widely used in pp plastic material ,PP and PE mixture material.It’s no need pretreatment before print.It has excellent lightness, adhesion and printability.It suitable to print on coating bucket,pp cup,beer box,folder and Calp Box.

Use Method︰

• Thinner:Fast drying thinner KCPP-50, Dry retarder thinner KCPP-80;
• The ink should be stired evenly and add 10%-15% thinner before print;
• Because of the complexity of the printing material,the ink should be tested before widely use.Add some Utra-white ink can improve the opacity of the colour;
• The high opacity colour ink is suitable to print on the deep colour material;
• The PE coating bucket should be pretreated by the fire before using the KCPPT Ink.The surface tension should be over 42 dyne;
• The adhesion of the ink is not very good,if the coating bucket has much Plasticizer or being stocked for a long time.Pretreating the surface with KCPP9 solvent before printing.

Silicon rubber ink

Usage︰

The bases of silica gel ink is organic silicone polymer,which has good viscosity to the silica gel.It mainly be used to print on rubber keypad,remote control,silica wrist strap,cell phone case,watchband and all kinds of silica products.It is widely be used in car, motorcycle, household electrical appliances, electonic product,toy and medical facilities.

• Curing time:10~15 mins/180℃~250℃;
• Viscosity:＞250dpa.s;
• Fineness:＜15μm;
• Solvent:: Odorless kerosene;
• Package:1kg/barrels

Use Method︰

• Screen printing ink should be stock in Fridge(below 0℃)，make sure it is not be ossified before use;
• Kerosene can be used to dilute the screen printing ink.As it includes solvent in the used ink,so it can be fill into the barrel again.So you’d better dilute the ink according to your need.When the screen frame was plugged up,the toluol or gas can be used to wipe it;
• Before printing,please wash the parting agent and oil dirt of objects with water,then drying it with dust gun;
• After printing,put the objets in the room about 15 mins,then dry it under 200℃ about 10 to 20 mins.
