Structural features

• Two-color turntable structure:

• Equipped with a two-color pneumatic turntable, there are multiple stations on the turntable, which can arrange different processes in an orderly manner. For example, electronic cigarettes and sports equipment are loaded and positioned at some stations, and two-color printing is achieved at the corresponding printing stations, which effectively improves production efficiency and ensures the continuity of the printing process of each product.

• Automatic pad head cleaning device:
Next to the steel plate base of the pad printer, an automatic pad head cleaning device is installed. It is composed of a micro motor driving a rotatable adhesive tape. When the pad head needs to be cleaned, the cleaning device will move under the pad head, and the pad printing pad head will be pressed down to the adhesive tape, and the ink on the surface of the pad head will be detached and transferred to the adhesive tape. The automatic pad head cleaning device avoids the tedious action of manually cleaning the pad head, greatly improving the pad printing quality.

Working principle

First, place the substrates such as electronic cigarettes and sports equipment on the starting station of the two-color turntable. The turntable rotates at the set speed to transport the substrates to the corresponding stations in sequence. When it arrives at the printing station, the pad printing head first dips the ink from the corresponding ink tank and moves it to the top of the substrate. After completing the two-color pad printing, the turntable moves forward one station to print the next product.
