Structure
• Workbench: It is a flat tabletop for placing panels such as microwave ovens, ovens, and induction cookers. It is usually equipped with vacuum adsorption or mechanical positioning devices to ensure that the panel is fixed in position during the printing process.
• Screen assembly: The screen is the core component, consisting of a screen frame and a screen. There is a template for printing patterns on the screen, and the screen frame is used to fix the screen to keep it flat and tense.
• Ink scraping system: It includes a scraper and an ink return knife. The scraper scrapes the ink onto the panel through the screen template, and the ink return knife scrapes the excess ink back to the ink tank.
• Drying system: Generally, hot air drying or ultraviolet drying is used to quickly dry and solidify the ink on the panel surface.
