Structural features
• Printing platform: It is the flat part for placing various plastic boxes such as tool boxes and suitcases. The surface is flat and smooth, which can ensure that the box remains stable during the printing process. Some printing platforms are also equipped with positioning devices, which can accurately fix the position of the box, facilitate repeated printing operations, and ensure the consistency of the printed patterns on different boxes.
• Screen printing head: As a key component, it uses high-quality screens. The mesh count of the screen can be selected according to the fineness of the printed pattern. The higher the mesh count, the finer the pattern can be presented. It is equipped with a scraper and an ink return knife. The scraper is generally made of suitable materials such as rubber or polyurethane, with moderate hardness. It is used to squeeze the ink through the mesh of the screen to the surface of the box to form a pattern. The ink return knife is responsible for redistributing the ink evenly on the screen to prepare for the next printing.
• Pneumatic system: This is the power source of the screen printer, mainly composed of cylinders, air pumps, air pipes and various pneumatic valves. The air pump generates compressed air, which is transported to the cylinder through the air pipe. The cylinder drives the screen printing head to move up and down under the control of the pneumatic valve, which can accurately control the stroke, speed and printing pressure of the printing head on the surface of the box to ensure stable printing quality.
• Ink system: It includes an ink tank and an ink stirring device. The ink tank is used to hold the ink required for screen printing. Inks of different colors and types (such as water-based ink and oil-based ink) can be added as needed. The ink stirring device can prevent ink precipitation and pigment separation, so that the ink always remains in a uniform state and ensures the consistency of the color of the printed pattern.
Working principle
The pneumatic system is used to drive the screen printing head to move. When printing is started, the pneumatic system controls the printing head to descend, and the scraper squeezes the ink through the mesh of the screen and transfers it to the flat surface of plastic boxes such as tool boxes and suitcases placed on the printing platform to form the required pattern. After that, the printing head rises, and the ink return knife evenly spreads the ink back on the screen to prepare for the next printing operation. This is repeated to complete the printing of each box.
Operation process
• Preparation: Select the appropriate screen plate according to the pattern to be printed and the material of the box, and install it. Add the ink of the corresponding color and type to the ink tank, and turn on the ink stirring device to make it uniform. Check whether the air pump, cylinder, etc. in the pneumatic system are working properly, and whether there is any leakage in the air pipe connection. At the same time, clean the printing platform and prepare to place the box.
• Box positioning: Place plastic boxes such as tool boxes and gift boxes on the printing platform stably, and use the positioning device (if any) to accurately fix their position to ensure that the printing starting position of each box is the same, so as to facilitate accurate printing of the pattern.
• Parameter setting: Through the operation panel, according to the size, material and printing pattern requirements of the box, set the parameters such as the drop height, printing pressure, and movement speed of the printing head in the pneumatic system, and set the number of prints (if the same pattern needs to be printed multiple times).
• Printing operation: Start the screen printer and observe the movement of the printing head and the effect of the pattern printed on the box. If the pattern is found to have uneven ink or missing printing, stop printing in time, adjust the corresponding parameters such as printing pressure and ink viscosity, and then continue printing.
• Completion and follow-up work: After all boxes are printed, turn off the power and gas source of the screen printer, clean the ink and debris remaining on the printing platform, take out the screen plate for cleaning and properly store, and seal the remaining ink.

• Tool box: Brand logos, tool classification marks, warning slogans, etc. can be printed on its surface to facilitate identification and management of tools. At the same time, it can also play a certain decorative role and enhance the overall image of the tool box.
• Suitcase: Used to print brand trademarks, personalized patterns, patterns, etc., to make the suitcase more unique and beautiful, meet the needs of different consumers for appearance, and is suitable for travel, business and other types of suitcases.
• Gift box: It can print exquisite blessing words, gift theme patterns, gift objects and other related elements, add the gift's heart and ritual sense, make the gift more upscale, and is often used for gift packaging on various festivals and celebrations.
• Fruit box: It can print information such as fruit variety, origin, brand, etc., and can also add some attractive fruit patterns, which is helpful for the sales and promotion of fruits and is easy to be quickly identified by consumers in the market circulation.
