Principle
The pneumatic pad printer mainly uses air pressure to drive the pad head to complete the printing action. When it works, first put the ink into the four-color oil pan, and the scraper evenly scrapes the ink in the oil pan onto the printing plate, on which there are patterns or texts to be printed. Then the pneumatic device drives the pad head to press down, so that the pad head absorbs the ink on the printing plate, and then moves to the top of the plastic spoon or cup to transfer the ink to its surface to complete the printing.
Structure
• Tank belt type conveyor workbench: used to convey substrates such as plastic spoons and cups. Its tank track-like structure can smoothly move the substrate to ensure accurate printing position. The tank track type conveyor belt adopts vertical rotation and is suitable for products with longer length and higher height.
• Four-color oil pan structure: four oil pans hold inks of different colors respectively, and each oil pan is equipped with a scraper and a corresponding position adjustment device to facilitate multi-color printing.
• Microcomputer operation panel: as the control center, all actions of the pad printer can be controlled by buttons, which is simple and convenient.
• Pneumatic device: including cylinders, air pipes and pneumatic valves, etc., to provide power for the up and down and left and right movement of the pad printing head.
Application scenarios
Mainly used for surface printing of plastic products such as plastic spoons and cups, such as printing patterns and logos on spoons, and printing brand logos and decorative patterns on cups, which can increase the beauty and recognition of the products.
