For some containers such as rice cooker, plastic basin, plastic bowl, etc., the part to be printed is lower than the surrounding area, which requires pad printer to print. The action characteristic of pad printer is that the pad printing head will be lifted and moved to the top of the substrate after dipping ink, and then pressed down for printing. If the height of the surrounding area is higher than the bottom by more than 150mm, the downward stroke of the pad printer will be increased accordingly, and the outer dimensions of the pad printing rubber head should be smaller than the inner diameter of the rice cooker.

Working Principle
The monochrome pad printer uses a gravure pad printing plate. The ink in the oil basin is applied to the pad printing plate through the ink roller. The scraper scrapes the ink off the steel plate. The pad printing rubber head controlled by the cylinder dips the ink and moves to the top of the substrate, presses down to contact the bottom of the rice cooker and the plastic basin, and completes the transfer of the pattern or text.
