Principle
To print cylindrical objects, the rotation of the cylinder needs to be converted into the translation of the screen. This is achieved by the gear at the end of the cylindrical fixture shaft driving the rack on the side of the screen. The printing plate is clamped on the screen frame and translated at a uniform speed. The cylinder placed on the workbench and fixture rotates accordingly. At the nip line, the linear speed of the curved substrate is consistent with the moving speed of the flat screen printing plate, thereby achieving ink scraping printing.
Structure
• Printing module: including ink scraping plate, ink return plate, etc. The ink scraping plate squeezes the ink onto the substrate, and the ink return plate evenly applies the ink on the screen after scraping, preparing for the next printing.
