This curved surface hot stamping machine mainly uses the principle of hot pressing for hot stamping. At the same time, the precision temperature control system heats the hot stamping plate. When the appropriate temperature is reached, the hot melt on the hot stamping foil melts, and the metal or pigment layer is transferred to the surface of the product. With the cooperation of the cylinder rotation and the shuttle workbench, the pattern is completely hot stamped on the curved surface of the product.
Structural features
• Cylinder rotation:
• The cylinder rotation function is to allow the entire curved surface of the product to be evenly hot stamped. During the hot stamping process, the product rotates around its own axis so that the hot stamping foil can fit all angles of the curved surface, ensuring that the hot stamping pattern is complete and without omissions, avoiding the occurrence of uneven local hot stamping, especially suitable for curved surfaces such as cosmetic bottle caps.
• Shuttle table:
• The shuttle table can easily move the cylindrical products to be stamped into and out of the stamping area. It can improve work efficiency. While stamping one product, the next product can be prepared on the other side of the table. And its high movement accuracy can ensure that the product enters the stamping position accurately every time, so that the stamping pattern is positioned accurately.
• Pneumatic control:
• Pneumatic control is used to provide the pressure required for stamping. By adjusting the air pressure, the pressure can be accurately controlled to adapt to cylindrical products of different materials and thicknesses. Compared with other control methods, pneumatic control has a fast response and stable pressure, which can ensure that the stamping foil fits tightly with the product surface and ensure the quality of stamping.
• Precision temperature control:
