Ice cream lid pad printer
Principle
The pneumatic pad printer uses compressed air as power to drive the workbench to rotate forward 1 or 2 stations or even 4 stations according to the pad printing process to achieve four-color color printing. When working, first put the ink on the open ink tray, and the ink roller evenly distributes the ink on the printing plate. The scraper scrapes the ink on the printing plate, and the pneumatic device presses the pad head down to absorb the ink on the printing plate, and then moves to the top of the ice cream lid, food lid or medicine lid to transfer the ink to the lid surface. After each color is printed, the turntable workbench moves forward one station until all printing is completed.
Structure
• Pneumatic turntable workbench: It consists of a turntable and a pneumatic drive component. The turntable is used to place and fix the lid. The pneumatic drive rotates the turntable to facilitate printing of the lids one by one. The four-color pad printer can print 1-2-3-4 colors. The number of printed colors is different, and the turntable rotates at different stations.
• Microcomputer operation panel: It is the control core, which can set printing parameters and drive each action of the pad printer to run separately, such as pad printing head ink, printing, pad printing head forward, backward, scraper scraping ink, etc. It can also operate the pad printer to run in full automatic mode.
• Open ink tray structure: It is convenient to add and replace ink, and the ink status can be viewed intuitively. The ink tray and scraper work together to make the ink evenly cover the printing plate.
Application scenarios
• Ice cream lid: It can print brand logos, flavors, patterns, etc. to increase the attractiveness of the product.
• Food lid: Print necessary information such as production date, shelf life, ingredient list, etc., and add decorative patterns to enhance the aesthetics.
• Drug lid: Mainly print key information such as drug name, specifications, usage and dosage.
