• The shuttle motion of the workbench is driven by a pneumatic system, and precise reciprocating motion is achieved through cylinders and pneumatic control elements. This driving method makes the movement of the workbench smooth and the speed adjustable, and can quickly and accurately move the helmet or hard hat between different printing stations, improving printing efficiency.
• The workbench surface is usually designed with a positioning device to ensure that the position of the helmet or hard hat is stable and will not shift during the shuttle process, thereby ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the overprint of the printed pattern.
• Hot air drying device:
• The device is mainly composed of a heating element, a fan and an air outlet. The heating element can quickly generate heat, and the fan blows hot air to the surface of the printed helmet or hard hat to accelerate the drying process of the ink.
• The temperature and wind speed of the hot air drying device can be adjusted to meet the drying needs of different types of inks and helmets of different materials, ensuring that the ink can dry quickly without damaging the material of the helmet.
• Six-color ink cup ink supply system:
• It has six independent ink cups, each of which can hold different colors of ink to meet the needs of rich color printing. The design of the oil cup can make the ink evenly distributed and reduce the phenomenon of ink precipitation and drying.
• Microcomputer operation panel:
• The operation panel is intuitive and easy to understand. Through microcomputer control technology, various parameters of the pad printer can be accurately set.
Working principle
Place the helmet or hard hat at the starting position of the pneumatic shuttle workbench, and the workbench moves it to the first printing station. The pad printing head dips the ink of the corresponding color from the six-color ink cup ink supply system and then prints on the surface of the helmet or hard hat. After completing one printing, the workbench moves the helmet or hard hat to the bottom of the hot air drying device for drying. Then, the workbench continues to shuttle, and the pad printing head dips the next color of ink for printing, and so on until the six-color printing is completed. The whole process is precisely controlled by the microcomputer operation panel to ensure the accuracy and consistency of each step.
Scope of application
• Helmets: can be used to print brand logos, patterns, models and other information of various types of helmets, such as motorcycle helmets, bicycle helmets, ski helmets, etc., to increase the beauty and recognition of helmets.
• Safety helmets: Printing company names, safety logos, numbers and other content on the surface of safety helmets is suitable for the customization of safety helmets in industries such as construction, electricity, and mining, which helps to improve corporate image and management efficiency.

Summary︰
Hard hat is a kind of hat used to protect the head from impact damage, and is widely used in construction sites, extreme sports, underground operations and other occasions. The shape of the helmet is an irregular oval, so it is more common to use a pad printer for printing. If the helmet only prints single-color or multi-color on one part, an ordinary shuttle pad printer can meet the requirements, but there are many The hard hat requires printing in many parts, so a shuttle pad printer with a servo-controlled workbench is an ideal choice. The most common materials for safety helmets are ABS, PE, PC, glass fiber, etc., which are relatively difficult to print. First, use non-processing ink for testing. If the effect is not satisfactory, flame treatment can be considered.
