Working principle

First place the round cosmetic bottle or box on a specific positioning station, and the servo photoelectric positioning system begins to work. Then the screen printing operation is carried out, and the scraper moves on the screen printing plate to transfer the ink through the mesh to the surface of the cosmetic bottle or box. If multi-color printing is required, repeat the above positioning and printing steps, and rely on accurate positioning to ensure accurate color registration.

• Servo photoelectric positioning system: It is composed of photoelectric sensors, servo motors and supporting control circuits.
