Working principle

Place the product to be printed on the T-slot workbench. The T-slot can be used with the corresponding clamps to flexibly fix the material to ensure its stable position during the printing process. The operator uses the microcomputer panel to set the printing parameters, such as printing speed, scraper stroke, and the distance between the screen and the substrate. After starting the equipment, the screen is lowered to a suitable position under the action of the pneumatic lifting device and fits the substrate. Subsequently, the scraper moves on the screen, so that the ink is transferred to the surface of the substrate through the mesh holes of the graphic part on the screen. After printing is completed, the screen is pneumatically lifted and the printed material can be taken out.
