Vacuum system

• Vacuum pump: It is a key component for generating vacuum. It draws the inside of the screen exposure machine into a vacuum state, so that the screen and the film fit closely, and prevents halos or blurred patterns during exposure.

• Vacuum adsorption platform: Made of metal or glass, with a smooth surface and suction holes, the vacuum pump is used to evacuate the air so that the screen and film placed on it can be adsorbed and fixed.

Mechanical transmission system

• UV light switch: The UV light is generally enclosed in a safety door. When the UV light is used, the safety door will automatically open, and when it is not used, the safety door will close. .

• Panel drying machine frame: It is the main structure of the entire equipment, usually made of metal to ensure the stability and precision of the equipment.

     In the process of making the screen, it is a very important process to transfer the pattern on the film to the screen printing plate coated with photosensitive adhesive, which is done by the printing machine.
