Principle
The screen drying box mainly achieves the purpose of drying through hot air circulation. Put the mesh to be dried into the drying box, the heating device generates hot air, and the fan makes the hot air circulate continuously in the box. The hot air passes through the mesh evenly, takes away the moisture on the mesh, and turns the moisture into water vapor. The water vapor is discharged from the box through the moisture removal holes, thereby achieving the effect of drying the mesh.
Structure
• Box: Generally made of angle steel, cold-rolled steel plate, sus304# stainless steel brushed plate, etc., and aluminum silicate fiber is filled between the shell and the studio for heat preservation and insulation.
• Heating device: Common ones include far-infrared heater elements, low surface load metal or stainless steel tubular heating elements, etc., which can be installed on both sides or the top of the studio to provide heat for drying.
• Air supply device: including high-temperature resistant long-axis motors and multi-wing centrifugal fan blades, which can force hot air to circulate quickly and make the temperature in the box more uniform.
• Mesh placement device: such as drawer-type devices, multi-layer load mesh plates, clamping mechanisms, etc., used to place meshes that need to be dried.
• Temperature control system: usually controlled by intelligent digital temperature control instrument, with PID adjustment function, automatic temperature control and constant temperature, and equipped with time setting and alarm system, over-temperature protection, etc., which can accurately control the drying temperature and time.
Operation process
• Preparation: Check whether the power supply, heating device, fan, etc. of the drying box are normal to ensure that the equipment is in good condition. Clean the screen and remove the impurities and moisture on the surface to avoid affecting the drying effect.
• Place the screen: Place the screen to be dried steadily on the screen placement device in the drying box. Be careful not to squeeze the screens against each other to avoid affecting the hot air circulation and drying effect.
• Set parameters: Set appropriate drying temperature, drying time and other parameters through the temperature control system according to the material, thickness, moisture content and drying requirements of the screen.
• Start the drying box: According to the operating instructions of the drying box, turn on the power switch, heating switch, blower switch, etc. in sequence to start the drying box.
• Monitor the drying process: During the drying process, pay close attention to the operating status of the drying box, observe the temperature changes, the operation of the fan and the drying of the screen. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time to check and eliminate the fault.
• Take out the screen: When the drying time reaches the set value, the drying box will automatically stop heating and blowing. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe temperature, you can open the door and take out the dried screen. Use heat-insulating gloves or tools to take out the screen to avoid burns.

Summary︰
