Product Description

Structural composition

• Hot stamping head: Contains heating elements and hot stamping plates. The heating elements make the hot stamping plates heat up quickly. The hot stamping plates contact the hot stamping paper and transfer the metal foil or pigment to the substrate.

• Workbench: It can automatically enter and exit the hot stamping position, which is convenient for taking and placing substrates and improving operation safety.

• Pneumatic system: It is composed of cylinders, solenoid valves, etc. Compressed air controls the cylinder movement through the solenoid valve to drive the hot stamping head up and down, and drives the workbench to automatically enter and exit.

• Temperature control system: It is composed of temperature sensors, controllers and heating elements. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the hot stamping head. The controller adjusts the power of the heating element according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature to keep the hot stamping temperature stable.

• Control system: It includes electrical control system and operation panel. The electrical control system controls the operation of each component. The operation panel is used to set hot stamping parameters, such as temperature, pressure, hot stamping time, etc.

Working Principle

Put the printing substrates such as leather, paper, film, plastic, etc. on the workbench, set the hot stamping parameters through the control system, and after starting, the workbench automatically sends the printing substrate to the bottom of the hot stamping machine head. The pneumatic system drives the hot stamping machine head to press down, so that it fits tightly with the printing substrate. At the same time, the temperature control system makes the hot stamping machine head reach the set temperature. The metal foil or pigment on the hot stamping paper is transferred to the surface of the printing substrate under high temperature and high pressure to form hot stamping patterns or texts. After the hot stamping is completed, the hot stamping machine head is lifted, the workbench automatically withdraws, and the hot stamped printing substrate is sent out, and the operation is cyclical.
