Exposure system
• Light source: Usually a metal halide lamp or a high-pressure mercury lamp is used, which can emit ultraviolet light to meet the exposure requirements of photosensitive materials. For example, when making a printing screen with fine lines, a strong ultraviolet light source can accurately expose the pattern.
• Light source reflector: Mostly arc-shaped, generally made of metal and polished, it can gather and reflect the light emitted by the light source onto the screen, improving the uniformity and utilization of light.
Vacuum system
• Vacuum pump: It is a key component for generating vacuum. It draws the inside of the screen exposure machine into a vacuum state, so that the screen and the film fit closely, and prevents halos or blurred patterns during exposure.
• Vacuum adsorption platform: Made of metal or glass, with a smooth surface and suction holes, the vacuum pump is used to evacuate the air so that the screen and film placed on it can be adsorbed and fixed.
Mechanical transmission system
• UV light switch: The UV light is generally enclosed in a safety door. When the UV light is used, the safety door will automatically open, and when it is not used, the safety door will close. .
• Panel drying machine frame: It is the main structure of the entire equipment, usually made of metal to ensure the stability and precision of the equipment.
In the process of making the screen, it is a very important process to transfer the pattern on the film to the screen printing plate coated with photosensitive adhesive, which is done by the printing machine. The working table of the plate printing machine is transparent glass, and the glass is under the UV lamp tube. When printing the plate, the plate negative film is attached to the screen surface and placed on the table, and the blanket will only press the negative film and the screen plate tightly. , Since the printing negative has black graphic area and transparent area, UV light will pass through the transparent area and be blocked by the graphic area, and the photosensitive adhesive on the screen will appear in exposed and non-exposed areas, and then in the process of processing to make the final Net version.
