Principle
When the screen printer prints latex balloons and advertising balloons, first place the ink at one end of the screen, and manually rotate the four-station turntable to place the balloon at the corresponding position below the screen. The screen is scraped back and forth to allow the ink to pass through the screen holes and print on the balloon surface to complete the printing of patterns or text. The balloon blowing device can blow up the balloon appropriately before printing to make it present a smooth printing surface, facilitate ink adhesion, and improve the printing effect.
Structure
• Manual four-station turntable: It consists of a turntable body, a station slot, etc. The four stations can be used to place balloons to be printed, balloons being printed, balloons that have been printed and are waiting for subsequent processing, and spare stations, which are convenient for sequential rotation during operation to improve efficiency.
• Special balloon workbench: Its design fits the shape and characteristics of the balloon, and it has a balloon fixing device that can stably place the balloon to ensure that the balloon position does not shift during the printing process and ensure the accuracy of printing.
• Microcomputer operation panel: As the control core, it can set relevant parameters.
• Screen front and back scraping type: mainly composed of screen and scraper. The screen is made with corresponding mesh holes according to the requirements of the printing pattern. The scraper moves forward and backward on the screen through pneumatic control to push the ink through the mesh holes to transfer to the balloon.
• Balloon blowing device: includes air pipe and blowing nozzle and other components. The gas is transported to the blowing nozzle through the air pipe. Before printing, the balloon is blown to make it reach a suitable inflation state.
Application scenarios
• Latex balloons: commonly used in birthday parties, weddings, celebrations and other occasions. Various theme patterns can be printed, such as cartoon images, romantic love, birthday wishes, etc., to add to the atmosphere of the event.
• Advertising balloons: companies can print company logos, product slogans, contact information and other content on them. As a low-cost and effective publicity carrier, they are distributed at the event site and play a good promotional role.
